Register for free
If you haven’t already, register for an account on NivadaSuites. If you already have an account, log in using your email and password. Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard or “Host Center” where you can manage your listings.
Add your listing
On your dashboard, click “Add New Listing” or “List Your Property”. Select the type of accommodation (hotel, suite, apartment, guesthouse, etc.).
Upload beautiful images
Upload high-quality images (rooms, bathrooms, common areas, exterior, amenities) Optionally, add a video or virtual tour if available Make sure images are correctly oriented and show your property in the best light
Publish your listing
Once you’re ready, click “Submit Listing” Your listing will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our quality standards We’ll notify you when your listing is approved or if any edits are needed
Get reservations
After approval, your property will go live and be visible to travelers You can log in at any time to: Respond to guest inquiries or booking requests Monitor booking history and performance
